Q.) Do I get an email account from TNGShells?

 

A.) No. Between Yahoo MSN Gmail and your ISP, we think there are plenty of ways to get an email account. We would rather save resources for what users really expect from a shell service.

Q.) Can I get an ircd account from TNGShells?

 

A.) No. TNGShells is committed to giving their customers the best shell service available. So instead of using up bandwidth and other resources on ircd, you get more bg process', better up time, and much more... all at righteous prices!

Q.) Can I run a bnc on TNGShells?

 

A.) Yes. A bnc counts as one bg process. We allow one bnc on each server per account. So you can have 2 bncs running total per account. Two simultaneous connections to a bnc is all that is permitted.

Q.) Why are my bg process' on 2 different servers?

 

A.) We have divided the bg process' between 2 servers so that in the event a server should fail, you will not experience a complete loss of service.

Q.) I don't want to use your service anymore. Can I get a refund?

 

A.) TNGShells provides a service as requested by you the customer. If the service is not delivered as requested or is not satisfactory. A full refund will be granted within the first 24 hours of service when requested in writing. After the first 24 hours have passed an understanding that you accept the service is implied. The only refund beyond that point will be for any months paid for in advance but NOT for the current month.

Q.) I just want to know, are there any connection limits for psyBNC? As you know, psyBNC can add up to 50 users and connect to the irc.

 

A.) No more than 2 connections are allowed to a psyBNC. Your account will be disabled if we find more than two connections.
